Villa Colle is a stylish villa of more than 300 square meters placed in the earth of Recanati countryside.

Second bedroom: 1 single bed with a second removable bed suitable for kids until 14 years old. Air conditioning.
Third bedroom: 1 bunked bed suitable for kids until 14 years old. 1 shared bathroom with shower. Air conditioning.

The laundry room complete the ground floor.

FIRST FLOOR, separated from the mail level by a wooden door:
Double bedroom (possibility to add a third bed) with air conditioning and large modern majolica style bathroom and a little and comfortable studio.
A studio with second double bed with air conditioning and gym equipment complete this separated ambiance.

ANNEX TO THE POOL with 1 bathroom with shower (hot water)

The closest motorway is A14 – exit Loreto/Porto Recanati – 15 km from the Villa.
