Born as a farmhouse in 1600, Villa Lucilla has been completely restored using exposed bricks and oak beams ceilings.

Surrounded by the marvelous hills of the Marche region landscape and located in the beautiful Monti Sibillini National Park, Villa Lucilla is located just 4,5 Km from San Ginesio, a typical medieval village, 10 Km from Sarnano, famous for its ski runs and for its relaxing Spa. Guests can also easily reach the beach in just 35 minutes by car.
For all sports lovers, it’s possible to participate to different outdoor activities such us hiking, paragliding, horseback riding, tennis and skiing. It is also possible to take guided tours of historical and natural mountain biking with a guide of “National Academy of Mountain Bike”.

Villa Lucilla has 240 square meters area divided into 2 floors:

Ground floor: 1 double bedroom (22 sqm) with double sofa bed and a large bathroom.
Wide living room (27 sqm) with a fully equipped kitchen.
First floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin room with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with bath tub, a living room with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen.
An internal wooden staircase takes to 1 double bedroom in a mansard roof with ensuite bathroom (25 sqm).

It can accomodates 12 persons.

One relaxing swimming pool is at disposal of guests. The solarium has 6 tanning bed with parasol, beach chairs and tables. There is also a gazebo with others tables and chairs where guests can enjoy their meal. The usage of the barbecue is complementary. At disposal of guests there are also an external bathroom and two other relaxing areas with wide parasols next to the swimming pool.

The closest motorway is A14 – exit Civitanova Marche – 54 km from the Villa.
