Villa Marina is located in the heart of the wonderful Franciacorta area , world-famous for its fine wines and beautiful landscapes. This is where the famous Franciacorta wine is made, using Chardonnay grapes with the “Franciacorta” method.
Franciacorta is also famous for its restaurants, where traditional Brescia cuisine can be enjoyed.

The large garden contains fine old trees and a lovely pool with an electric cover to ensure safety when small children are around. Next to the pool is the annex with changing-room and bathroom.

The villa has an area of 1000 sqm, divided in two floors.
THE LIVING AREA
The large, comfortable living room and well equipped kitchen are on the ground floor and lead into 2 verandas, overlooking the garden and pool.
Next to the pool is the annex sleeping two, with changing-room and bathroom.
The top floor of the Villa will embrace you with a warm, friendly atmosphere.
