Arrival to a Luxury Relais, sits on a hilltop surrounded by the estate’s vineyards close to Todi, a peaceful village set in the heart of the Umbrian countryside.
Truffle therapy
Relax in the first Spa truffle in the world: the experience will begin in the relaxation area while sipping refined infusions. Guests will then enter the Turkish bath with chromotherapy. The experience will then continue in the “Vinarium Suite”, where guests will soak in wine and truffle extracts in the wooden tub whilst enjoying a glass of “Rubro” from the Relais winery.
Guided tour to the beautiful and elegant medieval town of Todi, overlooking the beautiful Tevere Valley. Located just a few kilometres from Perugia and Orvieto, the town is limited by three rings of walls (Etruscan, Roman and medieval) that contain countless treasures.
Return to the relais. Wine Tasting in the Relais family’s winery and gourmand dinner in the restaurant of the hotel.

Montefalco Wine Tastings at Prestigious Wineries
Transfer and visit the village of Montefalco and its famous wineries that have made the Umbrian Sagrantino, the best wine in the world.
Guests will visit three of Umbria’s best wineries such as Arnaldo Caprai, Paolo Bea, and Scacciadiavoli.
Exclusive dinner in an atmospheric restaurant inside a Roman Theatre in Bevagna, with six creative dishes paired with top wines. A wonderful location – UNESCO Heritage – along with an experimental and contemporary cuisine, able to give a gourmet experience out of the ordinary!
Return to Todi. Overnight at the Hotel.
