Along with our expert chef, visit of a Pasta Factory, located in a small medieval village, Campofilone, where the tradition of manual manufacture of egg pasta comes from.
Meet the owner, that will guide you in a tasting path aimed to discover the same traditional process to make egg pasta as it was made in the past by the old ladies of the Campofilone village.
Then to the school, to discover how to prepare Maccheroncini, Fettuccine, Tagliatelle and eat whatever you made! At the end of the cooking class – of course – you can buy a pack of this unique egg pasta, for a memorable and emotional real Italian experience.
Afternoon of cultural tour at Fermo, a city with a glorious history and one of the most beautiful square of Italy, the Renaissance Piazza del Popolo. Entrance in Museums on request.
Dinner in Villa
Imperial Polenta dinner. In the refined and relaxing restaurant of the Villa – overlooking a park of 35.000 square meters – you will be led through a unique gourmand experience to the discovery of the polenta, one of the main dishes of the Marche’s culinary tradition.
