Private Art Guided Tour & Healthy Dining

Arrival in the morning at Pisa airport, where a private driver guide and elegant Porsche Macan will be waiting.

Guests will be driven to Pisa, where they will meet a very friendly knowledgeable art guide, who will lead them to the discovery of splendor of this ancient maritime republic. After a welcome aperitif with their guide, they will enjoy a guided walking tour of the “Centro Storico”, including the iconic Leaning Tower, the symbol that made Pisa famous around the world, the Campo dei Miracoli complex, a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, the Dome, the Baptistery and the Monumental Cemetery, and plenty of hidden gourmet gems en route.

In the afternoon, after their tour of Pisa, they will travel to San Giuliano Terme, an important health resort near a vast natural reserve. Check-in in their luxurious hotel, world renowned for as a hotel and spa that honors the 18th century charm with frescoed ceilings, extravagant furnishings, floral gardens and captivating nature.

Dinner at the hotel restaurant. With beautiful views of the Leaning Tower of Pisa, this location offers elegance in every detail and explosive flavor in every dish. Guests will taste the Chef Umberto Toscano’s creations, a perfect combination of Tuscan tradition and healthy, low-calorie nutrition. Overnight at the hotel.

Special Bocelli Concert Event

After a gourmet breakfast offering homely made cakes and bio products, guests will enjoy a Day Spa in the hotel. In This Thermal Spa won a prestigious international award, as World’s Best Mineral & Hot Springs Spa 2016. The experience will begin in the Salus per Aquam Circuit with Bioaquam Circuit and thermal pools with hydro massages at 38° C, Minerva whirlpool with fresh water and energizing hydro massage. Guests will then enter the Turkish bath, Thalaquam sea salt pool, wet area with sauna, emotional shower and fitness room. The experience will then continue with 2 exclusive Spa Treatments: one Grand Duke’s Hammam and one “Time” body massage, a personalized massage combining different techniques such as sports massage, draining, physiotherapy, face massage. In the late afternoon, before the transfer to the amazing “Teatro del Silenzio” at Lajatico, located just one hour drive from the hotel, guests will enjoy a reinforced aperitif in the elegant bar of the hotel, surrounded by charming decors and magnificently restored frescoes.

Special Concert soiree: private VIP transfer to the theater. Guests will be accommodated in 2 VIP seats in the Executive Area including theatre programme booklet, access to the VIP Hospitality Area with private cocktail before the concert and they will be honored with an exclusive gift by Teatro del Silenzio. Maestro Bocelli will be accompanied by a symphony orchestra, a chorus and an outstanding cast of artists from around the world. After the concert, return with private transfer to the hotel.

The Golden Olive Groves

After the full breakfast in the Hotel, the chauffeur and the art guide will pick guests up to a day discovering Tuscan Extra-Virgin olive oil, one of Italy’s great gastronomic specialties. From Bagni di Pisa, take a short but highly enjoyable trip to the village of Vicopisano to discover how the traditions surrounding this superb product are still very much alive today. The visit will start at the Romanesque church of San Iacopo in Lupeta; from here, stroll along to the olive estate where they’ll find the oldest oil mill in Monte Pisano. To round off the day, guests will enjoy an extra-virgin olive oil tasting and lunch including a traditional local soup. In the late afternoon, return to the hotel.

Good-bye dinner at the terrace restaurant with unforgettable view of the Pisan hills and the olive groves surrounding the resort, a perfect location for enjoying a cigar, some fine liquor and the shooting melodies of the piano in the background! Overnight at the hotel.

Departure
