Villa Amalfitana is a prestigious property with a fabulous garden, located along the famous Amalfi Coast nearby the town of Maiori.
In 2019 the villa was completely renovated in characteristic Mediterranean and contemporary style with care of every single detail.
The location is breathtaking, with a perfect sun exposure and a unique view on the coastline overlooking Maiori, Ravello, Amalfi, Positano and the sea. From the main road you can easily reach the villa and leave your car in the private parking with two parking lots.
INTERIORS
A typical external staircase between prickly pears and Mediterranean maquis leads to the entrance gate. Once you entered, you approach the main door walking alongside an impeccably cured lawn which extends into a terrace just opposite the ground floor giving access to the kitchen/living room, airy and full of light , followed by a bathroom and two bedrooms.
A wrought iron staircase leads to the first floor where you find two bedrooms, one of them with a stunning coast view, both with en-suite bathroom. The villa is equipped with all comforts and is surrounded by a magnificent garden embracing the crystal blue sea.
EXTERIORS
The external area is smartly divided into different terraces, all perfectly furnished and arranged to ensure full enjoyment with maximum privacy.
The garden features a beautiful pergola with the dining area, a terrace on the rocks, furnished for an aperitif while enjoying the sunset, the pool area, the solarium and the relax terrace with a Jacuzzi.
The closest motorway is A29/E90 direction Mazara del Vallo– 30 km from the Villa.
