In the sweet hills of the Marches region, just 3 km from the beach, Villa Sant’Elpidio is a beautiful country house which offers genuine and natural emotions, ancient scents and flavors.
Villa Sant’Elpidio represents an ideal locations for families, placed at only 9 km far from the sea of Porto San Giorgio with sandy beaches and 40 minutes’ drive from the Conero Mountain with rocky beaches.
From the villa guests will enjoy a fantastic view and every day, they can choose a different beach: rock, sand or grains with only ten minute by car!
The country house is located close to the beach resort of Porto Sant’Elpidio and it consists of two floors, which are originally decorated by trompe l’oeil and handmade furniture created by the owner.
Ground floor:
On the ground floor a large living room, kitchen equipped with kitchenware, dishwasher, oven, grill, toaster, hob, high chair, tablecloths, coffee machine and kettle; 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub.
First floor:
The upper floor is reachable both by internal & external staircase. Sitting area with sofa bed, double bedroom with air conditioning, bathroom with shower and large terrace (60 square meters) with sea view.
Exteriors:
Two porches with tables and chairs surround the house for outdoor dining. Around the pool sunbeds and umbrellas and in the shade of olive trees and palms small relaxation areas.
Large swimming pool for exclusive use of customers, equipped with coin operated Jacuzzi. Outdoor games for kids.
Nearby there is a person who takes care of the hospitality and the pool welcome.
The Highway is A14 Milan-Bari, closest exit Porto Sant’Elpidio, 3 km from the villa
